"The Montgomerie Marrakech" is born
To design the unique urban golf in Marrakech, Prestigia has teamed up with a big name in golf, the British Colin Montgomerie. The golfer, eight times European champion, will be present in the Red City Saturday, Sept. 24th, for the signing of this golf course. This 18-hole course will be conducted over an area of 173 acres. With a length of 6260 m, it will require an investment of 60 million DH.

Bouskoura Golf City took center stage in a novel and thrilling ad campaign announcing the Grand Opening of its display apartments. Highly anticipated by the people of Casablanca, these apartments, jewels of the Bouskoura Golf City program, opened their doors to visitors last June. To date, more than 1000 people have visited the site to discover these marvels.

A well established tradition and the place to be for all Moroccan real estate actors, Prestigia participated this year again at the 10th edition of the Moroccan Real Estate Fair that was held June 2nd to June 5th at the Portes de Versailles in Paris, France.
